1. The service
9D Brain provides business software for managing business context, operations, integrations, workflows, analytics, AI-assisted recommendations and governed actions. Features may vary by plan, configuration, provider availability and business type.
2. Accounts and businesses
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and ensuring that people you authorize to access a business workspace have appropriate permission to do so.
Each business workspace is treated as an independent business context. You are responsible for ensuring that information and connected accounts added to a workspace belong to that business or are used with appropriate authorization.
3. Connected services
You may choose to connect supported third-party services. By connecting a provider, you authorize 9D Brain to use the permissions you approve for the purpose of providing the selected integration features.
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability, quotas, approvals and technical requirements. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that a provider will approve or continuously maintain an integration.
4. AI-assisted features and approvals
AI-assisted outputs can contain mistakes and should be evaluated based on the importance and risk of the decision. Where the service presents an approval or confirmation step, you are responsible for reviewing the proposed action before approving it.
You should not rely on the service as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, regulatory or other licensed professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse connected providers, bypass security controls, misrepresent identity or authorization, or process data that you do not have the right to use.
6. Your data
You retain your rights in information you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and otherwise handle that information to provide, secure and maintain the service and the features you request.
Our handling of personal information and Google API data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Plans, fees and changes
Paid features may be subject to subscription fees, usage limits, billing periods, taxes and plan-specific entitlements presented at purchase or in the product. We may change plans or features prospectively and will provide notice where required.
8. Availability and service changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend, limit or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider changes, compliance or product development.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful or abusive activity, address security risks, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable subscription commitments.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. You remain responsible for business decisions, approved actions, the accuracy and legality of data you provide, and compliance obligations applicable to your business.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
